Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the sanctioned plan. Deviations shall be dealt with in accordance with laws and shall be liable to be demolished.

Persons purchasing on taking such properties on hire will be doing the same as Para (1) above

Every person, who intends to erect a building shall apply for sanction by giving notice in writing as required under section 179 of the Cantonment Act 1924, to the C.E.O., Babina in such form containing such information as may be prescribed in the building bye-laws framed by the Board on this behalf.

Every such notice shall be accompanied by such documents and plans as prescribed in the proceeding paragraphs.

Incomplete building applications, without or having no material information/documents shall not be entertained unless it is completed in all respects.
