The hospital is well equipped for providing better medical care and health
services to the public of the Babina Cantonment. Maternity facilities are
being provided round the clock in the hospital and for this purpose the
lady RMO appointed by the Board is looking after the maternity cases apart
from attending the patients in O.P.D. during day time.
For the
pathological tests a Lab Technician has also been appointed to check up
and report the analysis to the RMOs of different pathological tests.
The
Cantonment General Hospital with the collaboration of Community Health
Centre of Babina is taking active part in the National health
programs
like Pulse Polio etc.
An ambulance has also been provided to the Cantonment General Hospital for
transportation of patients of serious nature to the Medical College,
Jhansi and District Hospital Jhansi.
The Cantonment Board takes utmost care and accords priority to provide the
hospital with all requisite drugs, instruments, apparatus ,furniture and
appliances and with sufficient cots, bedding and clothing for inpatients
within the resources available with it and very nominal costs have been
fixed.
Services of
Medical Specialist and pediatrician on honorarium basis under polyclinic
system are also being provided since 2004.

: Rs. 3/- per patient

Delivery Charges
: Rs. 200/- per delivery

Bed Charges
: Rs. 20/- per day
4.
Pathological tests like Urine, Blood,
Stool etc. : Rs. 15/- per test.
REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES OF THE CITIZENS:
Complaints of the citizens with regard to the medical services in Cantt.
General Hospital are looked after by the RMOs promptly. The complaints of
serious natures are looked after and redressed by the Cantonment Executive
Officer, Babina.
CITIZEN’S RESPONSIBILITES:

Citizens
are required to maintain the decorum in Cantt. General Hospital, while
their patients are getting the medical aid/services in Cantt. General
Hospital Babina.

It
is
the responsibility of the
citizens to keep the Hospital and its entire campus in neat and clean
conditions.

They should co-operate with
the Medical Officers / RMOs and the working staff of the hospital
and if, they have any complaints/suggestions
with regard to the functioning of hospital and working of the staff they
should be immediately brought to the notice of the Cantonment Executive
Officer Babina for taking necessary action on their
complaints/suggestions whatsoever within the frame work of prevailing
rules and regulations.
