HOME BACK                                     NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE TO SALE OF PROPERTIES IN

                     CIVIL AREA FROM LAND POINT OF VIEW

As per the requirement of Revenue Authorities of State Govt., the person, who intend to sale his property, (whether it is own acquired or ancestral) within the limit of Cantonment Board Babina shall have to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Cantonment Board Babina from land point of view.

HOW TO APPLY FOR N.O.C. 

(1)              1.  The Cantonment Board Babina has prescribed form of NOC, which can be obtained by the person, who desire to apply for NOC, on payment of Rs. 10/- in cash for each form.

(2)        2.  The information and the documents as required by the format should properly be mentioned and enclosed with the NOC application.

(3)        3.  As the civil area has not yet been notified and GLR has not been prepared, the NOC can only be issued after ascertaining the classification of land on which the property exists, from the D.E.O., Agra Circle, Agra Cantonment and the Revenue Authorities of the State Govt., if necessary.

Forwarding of intimation with regard to deficiencies in application of NOC.

:

Within 7 days from receipt of the application by the dealing hand.

Issue of NOC, if the documents are completed

:

In the cases in which the report on land point of view has been sought for from D.E.O. Agra Circle, Agra Cantt. or Revenue Authorities – within 10 days from receipt of comments from above authorities.

     

In other cases – within 30 days from receipt of application for NOC duly completed in all respect.

CITIZEN’S RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:

  1. The Citizen, who intends to sell his property should ensure that no encroachment/ unauthorized construction should be involved in the property, which is intended to be sold.

  2. All taxes/dues of the Cantonment Board Babina should be cleared before applying for NOC and receipts, thereof, should be enclosed with the application form.

  3. To avoid future complication and litigations, it is also for the purchaser of the property that he should ascertain to this effect that no encroachment/unauthorized construction is involved in the premises and also that no dues whatsoever against the property is outstanding, which he intends to purchase.
