RECRUITMENT OF CANTONMENT BOARD STAFF

Appointment to all supervisory posts under the Board are being made either by Direct recruitment or by promotion by the Cantonment Board and in respect of non-supervisory staff by the CEO under the provision of CFSR 1937. Accordingly disciplinary proceedings are initiated against the Cantonment Board employees by the appointment authorities as aforesaid.

   ELIGIBILITY

The Cantonment Board, Babina is Local Body under Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence. The Pay scales & usual allowances are at par with U.P State Govt. The minimum prescribed qualifications of each category of posts are also at par with State Govt. employees. The services of Cantonment Fund employees are governed by CFSR 1937 (amended upto date) and the rules made there under from time to time. The age limit is from 18 years to 25 years, age relaxation in case of  SC/ST is five years and OBC is three years.
