Triennial Assessment:- Under rule 72 of the Cantonment. Act 1924 Board shall prepare a new assessment list at once in every three years. Under rule 67 of the Cantonment Cantt 1924 preparation of new assessment list the Board give public notice thereof and of the place where the list or a copy there of may be inspected Under rule 68 of the Cantonment Act 1924 Board give written notice to the owner. Any objection to a valuation or assessment shall be made in writing to the Board before the date fixed in this notice. The objection shall be inquired in to and investigated and the person making them shall be allowed an opportunity of being heard by an assessment committee appointed by the Board. |
